The Enhancement of Integrated Services and Waste Recycling Company was established in January 2008, an Egyptian joint stock company in according to the provisions of law No. (8) of 1997 promulgating the investments guarantees and incentives law. The company was founded as collaboration between leading professionals in solid waste management in Egypt who bring more than 30 years of experience in this field. The Enhancement's Headquarters resides in Haram City, behind the Egyptian Media Production City, Giza Governorate.

The company’s main goal is to improve solid waste management practices in Egypt through the collection and distinctive recycling of the municipal waste produced by households and commercial, industrial, and service activities.

The second goal of the company is to achieve the following environmental and social targets:
    Environmental: Garbage is collected and recycled in order to protect the residents’ health and to keep the environment clean and free of microbes and diseases. Plastic items are recycled in the company’s units to produce plastic bags of different sizes.

    Social: Job opportunities are offered to youths to ensure them a better standard of living; residences, meals, and means of transportation are provided to company employees.
