Our Mission

The main aim of the Enhancement of Integrated Services and Waste Recycling is an environmental target where the garbage is collected and recycled to the maximum, arriving at zero waste with no landfill in order to protect residents' health and to keep the environment clean and free from microbes and diseases.

The other aim is the social target: we are offering job opportunities to youth to ensure a better standard of living and provide residences for our employees, with healthcare and meals.

Our Vision

The Enhancement of Integrated Services and Waste Recycling Company's vision is to improve the implementation of the integrated solid waste management all over Egypt to reduce the quantity of hazardous solid waste disposed to the maximum feasible extent and achieve the visionary goal of Zero Waste society. This is achieved through a comprehensive strategy that considers the entire life cycle from garbage separation at source, recycling and reuse selling off collected waste while building the capacity and providing training and employment opportunities to unqualified workers. 

The Enhancement of Integrated Services and Waste Recycling Company employs 460 persons both male and female who undertake several roles and responsibilities. As part of the company's responsibility towards its employees, all workers receive health and social insurance, transportation and full life support services such as daily healthy meals are offered at the company's restaurant at Haram City.
