The Enhancement of Integrated Services and Waste Recycling offers a variety of services and technologies that meet the needs of customers in the areas of solid waste management and environmental protection in the following areas: Haram City located at 6th of October area, Fairmont Hotel - Nile City, El Dewika new buildings located at Manshiet Nasser District and Zeinhom old and new housings at Sayeda Zeinab District.
The integrated solid waste management system provides proper daily waste collection of all types of municipal waste from residential buildings, commercial properties, and service areas. Hygienic pickups for collecting waste, using proper environment-friendly equipment and trucks for transferring waste to sorting stations.
Street Cleaning: This involves manually sweeping the streets, The complete street cleaning process is backed up by a worker driving an automatic sweeper equipped with brushes and water sprinklers.
At the sorting station, the garbage is first weighed and then emptied onto an electric belt according to its weight. Then, hand-pickers handle the belt as assigned; each one picks up one kind of material, e.g. plastic items, bottles, glass, or paper. Food waste proceeds to the end of the belt where it falls into a large container. Each collected item is either resold, reused, or recycled.
Work schedules are divided into three shifts (morning, evening and night) to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including official holidays, to guarantee work 24/7.
